We focus on local business, but an aspect of that is making Brantford local for more outside firms. Our goal is to provide a variety of space for every need, and ensure that the tenants have room to grow either in their own space or in a new space. To that end, we have a variety of buildings available. King & Benton will also seek further buildings for our portfolio when tenants require further options.

King & Benton has also focused on renewal. We have a strong track record of revitalizing older buildings, of rebuilding where required, and of cleaning up the sites that others might walk away from. Several of our buildings have historical significance to Brantford, and we proudly retain those ties to former buildings, and to former employers in Brantford.
